After nuggets, croquettes and other nibbles, this year fans of the finger food trend have seen a new snack come into being – cromesquis.
These crunchy balls, which are breaded and fried, but which have a soft centre, present many options for recipes.
Our favourite? The beef cromesquis, a hachis Parmentier (similar to a shepherd’s pie) that you eat using just two fingers!
